当社について

Providing high-precision sensing lasers for large quantity applications, Sensalight Technologies considerably enlarges the application possibilities of laser-based sensing.

Innovative laser concepts can help to minimize the use of resources, reduce the emission of greenhouse gases or avoid invasive medical diagnosis.

We develop lasers and laser systems for real-time analysis of gas, liquid and solid components. Our devices can be customized for virtually any wavelength from below 1 µm to above 10 µm, permitting recalibration free quantitative detection in situ with high sensitivity and ultracompact design.

Sensalight Technologies is based in Wuerzburg, Germany. As a fully vertically integrated, ISO 9001 certified company, we cover the entire technology chain from laser design to assembly at the highest level of quality. In 2022, we moved into new premises, which provide a 700 m2 cleanroom equipped with a complete laser manufacturing line as well as laser characterization and tests sets.

製品

Sensalight Technologies lasers permit real-time sensing of gas, liquid and solid components for

  • environmental surveillance,
  • medical analyses,
  • manufacturing processes, and many other fields of application.

We develop and manufacture lasers optimized for high-volume applications as well as optical and electronic components of sensor systems. Based more than 100 person years of experience with laser development and fabrication as well as with system design, we design, fabricate and test tailormade devices and systems.

Depending on the wavelength range, the lasers are fabricated based on GaAs, InP or GaSb using different structure designs (laser diodes, interband cascade or quantum cascade structures). For gas sensing applications, continuous tuning over wavelength ranges corresponding to about 5 nm is realized by distributed feedback lasers. Wide, discontinuous wavelength tunability appropriate for liquid and solid sensing applications is achieved by monolithic coupled cavity lasers.
